Luckily noticed a sticker was in melted into the bottom of my breakfast sandwich before I ate it? called the store and was told... I wouldn?t be able to get a refund unless I brought the sandwich back, even though I was happy to provide a photo via email as Iwas already at work. Starbucks is a great coffee chain, different types of coffee (hot, iced, medium, dark) breakfast & lunch items, or just a snack.... The Baristas' are friendly, chatty people who look like they're genuinely enjoying themselves. Read more
Always order here without any problems or mistakes. Only today my blonde espresso iced latte became a cold brew which God knows... why. My stomach always got upset whenever I tried cold brew in the past, plus I don?t like its slightly citrus taste so I neverorder it again. Today, had to visit the washroom twice after drinking the supposed-to-be-latte. I use this recipe of iced lattejust yesterday at another Starbucks and it tasted exactly the same as the other times that I ordered in the past, without anyupset stomach after drinking. Starbucks is the only universally queer friendly coffee shop franchise that I know of that tries their hardest to make the space... feel welcoming to everyone whether they're completely straight or some flavor of queer or gender queer. Walking into a Starbucksis always the best part of my day and I hope more people get that experience. Read more

The staff at the Valley Fair Mall Starbucks are the best! I have always enjoyed coming in to order my drinks as the staff is... always so friendly and sweet! The last time I came in I had a girl with pink hair take my order and I had the most pleasant chatwith her I wish I could remember her name to give her a shout out because she made my night :) Read more
