Long wait times, did a mobile order pick up said ready for pick up at 10:07. Waited until 10:34 for our drink to be ready?... wasn?t a complex order either, straight forward -> cold brew coffee. Ps. This is not the first time it has taken this long.Better to go to the Starbucks on 224th. People were ordering at the cashier and having their drinks made prior to the mobileorder drinks. Keep in mind this is not the first time this exact incident has happened at this location. The baristas DON?T know how to... make/follow directions (in a picture) of a drink order at this location. Husband ordered my favourite drink, Vt Slt Crm Cf Cb,no caramel syrup, sub white mocha, light ice. I ended up with a cold brew coffee with sweet cream and 1 pump white mocha (notstirred). The baristas did not add the full amount of white mocha syrup. All they gave was one pump. Didn?t even stir it in. Itwas a black bodied beverage when it should have been a light coffee colour. As a former Starbucks Shift Supervisor I can tellyou that the white mocha syrup is meant to be stirred in no matter the drink hot or cold. My husband tried his best with themale barista, telling him the drink was made not to speculations/as requested. The male barista just kept shooting him down. Myhusband even had a picture of my drink HOW it should look WITH the label showed him that it didn?t match the picture he wasshowing him. Don?t get your drinks from here. You?re gonna get ripped off. The staff is terrible. Even though they are beingshowed a picture, you?re gonna get WHATEVER drink THEY feel like doing for you. IF they did press the white mocha pump 5 timesthen their pumps are not calibrated properly (night shifts responsibility for next day) and probably a sign that OTHER THINGSare not up to code. I arrived the store around 5 pm. It?s quite empty. There were 3 baristas and only 2 customers waiting for coffees (already... ordered) . No line. Definitely not busy. I?m the only new customer who needed an order. The barista (or cashier) in charge ofordering, was making a sandwich or something for one blonde lady. Meanwhile, chatting with her. Baristas are nice, but they juststood there watching us. I have stood in front of the counter until the cashier wrapped up the sandwich. I?m pretty sure shesees me?? however, instead of taking my order, she keeps chatting until I stare at the blonde lady. They both aware that I amwaiting for ordering, but they pretend I wasn?t there. I?m fine with that blonde lady, but can?t accept what barista did. It?sher job, and it?s totally not busy! That cashier stopped chatting because she doesn?t want to offend the blonde lady, NOT ME! She ignored me until I did something for myself. I still ordered my Macha latte , and it only took 10 seconds. After my order,the barista chats with the blonde right away. No thank you; no asking my name; no small talk; even not asking if I need areceipt. I?ll definitely visit this store and see how they treat different ethnicities. Management is slacking in cleanliness! Floors filthy, tables not wiped, windows covered in fingerprints, coffee, and wiped with... dirty rag. Chairs are filthy, baby seat is covered dust and smudges of food, the leather chairs are badly scratched and stained.This is during covid when everything should be cleaned and wiped down. If the seating area is this filthy, what does the backarea look like where food items are prepared??? Our coffee's were hot and delicious so only 2 stars. Read more

I enjoy coffee with my friend at this Starbucks. Love the new cups! It?s interesting that all the motorcycles gather at the... downtown Starbucks, I would think they would enjoy the larger/newer Starbucks at the north end of town, bigger parking lot etc. Read more
