I can?t even count the amount of times (I go there 3-4 times a week) I?ve ordered and paid for double herb & garlic cream cheese... on my bagel only to find it almost dry. I?ve tried to phone the location to file a complaint and either get a refund or to redomy order but the phone number posted is not in service and of a different location that has since closed. I am just in shock at how horrible of an experience I had. There was a new girl training and the way the trainer was speaking to... her in front of her customers was beyond and just simply rude. On top of it all my order was wrong in the end, but I didn't havethe heart to say it to this poor girl who obviously was distracted by someone getting angry over doing things wrong in her ear.I Get it not everyone's cut out for the job, but there's a time and a place to discuss things with this person, and that clearlywasn't the case here. I?m an avid farmers wrap enthusiast and have been getting a farmers wrap from this Tim hortons every other day and the quality... of farmers wrap is immaculate I have never been given a bad farmers wrap from this tim hortons.
