Places are some times so busy and when the ice cap was introduced way back when the whip topping was ample now they don't even... serve it unless you ask and then charged for a small amount just isn't right they should not advertise it like that if notsupplied. Read more

The best Tim's in my morning travel, they always make my coffees right & they have JANICE! She is one the most polite, friendly... drive thru attendant I've ever met. I sure miss her when she's gone She just brightens up anyone's morning. Don't ever let hergo! Read more

Terrible service for dine in. We were only 2 people waiting to be served inside. There were 3 staff on duty. We were ignored and... not acknowledged. One staff was doing drive through (there were only 3 cars) one staff was doing food prep. Third staff lookedat us went to order screen punched a few keys then walked away. This repeated twice. After waiting a few minutes to have ourorders taken and being ignored we asked loudly if we could have order taken. We were not acknowledged nor served just ignored.We walked out. It was not busy either inside nor in drive through. Totally unacceptable. Will not stop here again. Read more

L service, waited 30 minutes for 2 Medium ice capps. Never got them and they forgot about my order. didn?t ask what i was... waiting for after standing in total for 30minutes. Every time I have been inside or drive through, this Tim Horton location is so disappointing. Wait time is tooo long, after... waiting for so long, you drive away then there are things missing from your order. I know people still come to get their coffeehere and I will too but this is for Managment to train staff better. Today we waited 30 mins just because you have 1 sandwichartist. At the end I opened the bag and 2 hash browns missing. Read more

The staff at the restaurant on Saturday morning August 20th are beyond helpful. My app accidentally ordered in LANGLEY and this... Tim's helped me out. Thank you so much! Your assistant manager saved what would have been a 50 minute drive to langley and backjust for 2 ice caps! Read more

First time at this location. Not a good experience at all. The place was very busy and they had no staff to handle the rush.... There were 6 ppl in line in front of me and about 4-5 behind me and there was only one cashier working. The garbage bins in thefront entrance were overflowing and it was a complete mess. It took about 10-12 min to get a coffee and a toasted bagel. If youare going here be ready to wait. Read more
