This store used to be great, especially before it went corporate but even after that when Amy ran it, it was great. But now the... new manager, Rufus I believe his name is the store is a joke, I won't go there anymore and go.out of my way to avoid theterrible service anymore. I've witnessed Rufus flat ignoring customers at all hours of the day because he's to busy on hisphone, ive waited in line for 8 minutes one day and he didn't even acknowledge any of the customers in line. Many of us left. Ijust witnessed customers walk out on hime because there were 10+ customers in line and 3 people including Rufus behind thecounter and only one person doing check out, Rufus as per usual was to busy on the computer. Horrible store and I really hopethey make a management change very soon. Read more

The worst service ever! Was owed a car wash, went in to get gas and a car wash. Both people behind the registers had their backs... to me, one on his phone and the other having a conversation with another employee, all while nobody else was in the store. Ididn't even get my car wash I already purchased and was told "it's hard finding hard workers". That's not an excuse for poorcustomer service. Hands down the worst store in Maple Grove area. It's worth going elsewhere to get treated with courtesy andrespect. Read more
