These guys were amazing. I went with my two kids and they absolutely spoiled us. Their spicy chicken my daughter and I both... absolutely loved the flavour and spice and I tried a bit of my sons chicken strips and what an amazing crunch. They comped mykids a couple of small containers of tater tots and an order of amazingly flavourful and crunchy onion rings as well as familysizing our fries which was a bit overkill if you ask me. I had a great talk with their manager and he is fully committed tocustomer satisfaction which is great to hear. They definitely went above and beyond and made a customer for life. I was a bit sad when the only Carl's Jr shut down, but this is the first hi5 location that I've ever been to and I'm impressed!... Chicken is great(try the roasted!), and the fries remind me of Costco (good). The customer service is fantastic, they alwaysestimate how long it will take if they need to make more chicken, and one time Paulina gave me a sampler of fries while Iwaited. She also got me to try the roasted chicken and wow, that's what I'll be buying now! Read more
Was a little hesitant after reading other reviews to go in. The plain tender was fairly bland ( more flavour would be... appreciated) . The spicy tender was well seasoned. Whole meal came out hot and juicy. Staff were above average for friendly butnot "wow" friendly. It was nice to actually see chicken and not a ground up mush. Little disappointed with the volume for 13.75I paid; especially after seeing the lunch special ( same thing ) being sold for (6+1.50) = 7.50 Left "not full" .... Theportion I got could have been a kids meal at "lees chicken on the island" Would I go back again, yes Would I take my partnerhere for a cheap date.... Maybe Would I drive to come, no. .... The service was great! They were very friendly and helpful with the menu. We only ordered a 2 piece, and a 3 piece with no... sides, so when we opened the boxes it looked pretty sad. Looks aren?t everything! The chicken was very flavourful and tender. Ieven got a bonus piece, that never hurts. We will definitely go back to explore the menu more! ???? Read more
