By far the best place to go for a nice evening. I went with my boyfriend and we had this amazing server Alexander. He was... charming and made the experience beyond great. He explained everything to us and even was able to help me with my frozen creampuffs. He explained they probably didn't have time to thaw and gave me new soft ones. I went here for my anniversary and it was delicious!! The cheese and chocolate courses are must haves when you come here!... Everything is cooked in front of you and explained if you?re new to the melting pot. The store is very nice and clean looking.Also, the service is very friendly and welcoming. Writing this because my wife and her friends are apparently too polite. They dined there and, during dessert, encountered a... cockroach in their napkin. Of course panic ensued and the roach ended up on the floor, where the hostess had to get it. Poorwaitress was mortified, of course, but apparently the manager stayed in the back for like 10 minutes before coming out. Then,she emerged and gave the patrons a bottle of seasoning for their troubles, haha. I only laugh because I would've lost my mind.This location should be glad I wasn't there.
