I have never seen a McDonald's with an Ice Cream machine that is "broken" more often than this one. I have gone here maybe 15-20... times during the summer, not one time did they have ice cream. 1 out of 4 times I can deal with, we are all used to it. But thisis on another level, almost criminal that they even advertise ice cream at all. Also, they have either got my order wrong orhave forgotten something in my order 5 times in a row, which is more consecutive screw ups than I have ever gotten at anyresturant the entire 30 years I've been alive. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and got 2 separate hairs stuck in my Teeth. I think the cook needs to wear a hair net or... not touch their hair on duty. Disgusting! I threw it out and had to use a napkin to get the hair from between my teeth out. Read more
