Real bad customer service. Came in asking for a sub and the person shook their head not saying anything. Had to ask until I... figured out what they didn?t have apparently. Ended up driving to another subway a mile away where the customer service was muchbetter. For context I wanted a rotisserie chicken and they were out of the chicken, the second subway also didn?t have chickenat the counter but the employee gladly told me to give him a couple of seconds and he could get more. It's so nice being able to go to a restaurant again. It felt like an actual treat to be able to head to the Subway. I do not... dislike their competitor, who I won't mention the name of, but I like subways selection and freshness much better. The locationon arcade is a little bit difficult to get to, and currently they are not offering dining service, but those are the only twovery minor points that drop this review from a 5 to 84. And it's just temporary. Staff was very friendly, genuine, attentive,and made it a welcome back to casual fast food. Run to Subway and get some fresh meal! Read more

Worst service... Charges for a Cancelled order that I was called to tell they were gonna make changes to from the original... order. I was called and told my order was being changed and I chose to cancel my order. The caller didn't know if I would becharged for the cancelled order and that I would be refunded.
