Got to the drive thru at 730 PM. Waited in line for a couple minutes. Noticed a car in the parking lot with several employees... gathered around casually. Was in the drive through for 20 min before I got to order I was 1 of 4 cars. Arrived at the window to pay and met with a young... lady cussing, and belligerently asking to go home. Only words said to me were " $16.34 plz, and u need a mcfucking, I'm sorry".Food was not hot when I got it and gas is expensive. Was in the drive through for over an hour and only nine cars were served the entire time. Cars behind me were turned away after... waiting in line for an hour because they were closing.
