The guy that made my sandwich was the only person working and he was on the ball. He knew how to multitask and assisted all 5... customers very well in an orderly fashion. I wish I could remember his name. He was working Monday 6/27/22 around 12:30 pm. Tothat employee I say kudos to you. You are great at your job and I hope you receive the recognition from your supervisor that youdeserve. To the owner I would like to say - pay your people (who deserve it such as this guy) a better wage because you don'twant to lose him when it's already hard enough to find hard working and dedicated talent in this world of lazy and entitledworkers. Had there not been a line I would have recruited him to come work for me and more than likely paid him better than whathe's making. He's definitely worth it from the experience I had. Thus, my 5 star reviews is directed towards the service Ireceived from him alone in addition to watching how he managed 5 individual orders back to back from start to finish by himselfwithout becoming agitated, overwhelmed and unfriendly. This location has really gone downhill....prices outrageous for a foot long, they don't accept company coupons at all! I used to... frequent this location because it's so close and I'm on public transit or walking...now I only go there occasionally!!!!! Read more

I gave this subway 1star because the owners had turned off the Central Air on the worker who had a line almost out the and was... working and sweating trying to get us out of there. Poor guy his customer service was 5stars but no one should have to Wk inthose conditions. It was 90F outside in even hotter inside the store. The manager is a disgusting human being to turn off theair when he leaves and make the employees suffer in hot weather. I will contact food services on him in the morning. Read more
