Food was very good and the service was good too. Pretty good wine list and desert. They had Porcetta on the menu, which I have... never tried and it was excellent. We ate in the back area near the kitchen, which was cool although not very private. I wouldhave given the place 5 stars if we were in a more private area. Read more
A fairly solid set of appetizers, particularly the pork bun. The Pretzel was really good too, and I like the ravioli that they... had. The only reason this doesn't get better score was because the server took my drink order and ended up not giving it to meuntil I left, which wasn't particularly useful. Great ambiance, cocktails and food. I’ve been here about a dozen times for brunch to dinner. My go to cocktail is the... “upside down” which I order with vodka instead of tequila. I love their salads which are generously sized, especially theirbeet salad, and their cast iron chicken main. Their ice creams are home made and heavenly. Everything is locally sourced. Theirservice can be hit/miss but is generally getting better each time I visit. Love that it’s owned by local South Orangeresidents and that the owners are always there keeping an eye on things. We sat at the bar to have some drinks and grab some food. There are some really interesting cocktails and a good list of beers... as well. We ordered food off the Bar + Kitchen Menu as the kitchen wasn’t fully open yet but for a limited menu there wereplenty of good options.
