Horrific and the most appalling experience I have ever had in my life! Gisela Salazar is in the wrong position as a restaurant... manager and needs to be removed from the Ritz Carlton name and she does not represent the brand at all. She was not helpful inresolving our issue and because of her ego had us escorted off the property when we were not causing any trouble and actuallyhaving a pleasant time with the bartenders and servers.
