I found out about this place from my mother in law who lives down here. She ranted and raved about how good it was and she is... one hundred percent right! The atmosphere is very classy. we ordered the Tuna Napoleon- some pieces of tuna were very fishy. Scallop Risotto: The risotto was very undercooked Panko... crusted Grouper; Fish was frozen and tough. We had a couple of bites and ended up sick the next day. We did eat the scallopswhich tasted great. Not sure if that?s the reason we got sick. Terrible experience. The food was good, the dessert was delicious, the service was great, would not recommend sitting outside, mosquitoes are... terrible. A little pricey, but overall a great birthday dinner. Would go again just for the dessert, the crème brûlée was todie for. Read more
We checked-in and went to the Butterfly Cafe for our first dinner. Randi took awesome care of us and made some great... recommendations. We ordered the butterfly and key lime martinis and a sunrise cocktail. They were all delicious. For dinner, Igot the coconut shrimp and my husband got the yellow tail snapper. We would both order our meals again bc we enjoyed them verymuch. And how could we pass up the frozen key lime pie. Everything from the appetizers to the dessert was amazing. The ?Warm Goat Cheese? will completely astound you and it is... unbelievable how smooth and creamy the cheese tastes. The Amarena Cherries were a surprising and excellent compliment to thedish that go perfectly with the cheese and toast. The Scallop Risotto was cooked perfectly and it was an absolute favorite ofours. They have only the freshest seafood here and this will not disappoint you, order this!
