Best meal and service we had on our trip. We enjoy good food and this place provides. The prawn appetizer was delicious. I had... the Dorado for dinner and it was outstanding. Husband enjoyed his scallop entree. Don the server was excellent. The only thingwe didn't love was the octopus appetizer. It was decent but not amazing. We would go back here for sure. Read more
The atmosphere got the one star. We had a reservation for two for 6:30 on a Tuesday night. We arrived 10 minutes early and... noticed that there were several tables available for seating. We were asked if we wanted to be seated inside or outside withouteven looking up at us. We tried joking saying inside - it?s way too hot. Not even a smile. We were given a table right ontop of another couple and nicely asked if we could sit somewhere else. 17 minutes had past and not one person came to evenask for our drink order. We kept glancing over at the hostess station that had two servers and a runner just chatting away. After setting my timer for an additional 5 minutes - we just decided to leave - stopping at the hostess station stating theobvious - guess no one wanted to wait on us. Their loss. We tip well! I had the Charred Octopus appetizer and Yellowfin Tuna and my mom had the Swordfish OMG delicious!! Definitely a hidden gem!
Definitely the best meal we had on the island during our yearly stay in Marco. Fin Bistro doesn?t try to be pretentious, you get... a high end experience in a more casual environment. Their dishes are simple. They let fresh ingredients do the talking anddidn?t over-season anything. Read more

Inaccurate menu descriptions and unprofessional wait staff. The waiter was unpolished and not very knowledgeable. We ordered... the heirloom tomato with goat cheese and balsamic vinaigrette as an app. Instead of beautiful heirloom tomatoes, we were givena piled of red and yellow cherry tomatoes that were cut in half. The waiter waived it off with the attitude that a tomato is atomato, same difference. My husband ordered the coconut encrusted fish. His fish arrived with no coconut encrusting, justdrenched in a curry like sauce with coconut milk. This second visit here and have been disappointed both times. Read more
