Great Breakfast and excellent service and hospitality. Yes, they are open. Even on a cold snowy day after Thanksgiving!

The name alone should be enough of a reason to visit this establishment. Been here twice over 2 separate visits to Marfa. Both... times I had breakfast and both times I enjoyed it. Y?all I am so puzzled as to how this restaurant has such high reviews. I was raised in Mexico and been living on Texas (west and... central) for about 15 years now. The service was good but the huevos rancheros are literally the worst I?ve ever had in my life.It was a bummer. This was not good Mexican nor good Texmex. I?m not sure how cheese and eggs can be this tasteless. Even thebeans and potatoes were bad. We also had a burrito and a waffle. The waffle tasted like a frozen waffle and the burrito wastasteless which again, very impressive considering that it had chorizo.
