Menu for Hanah Mountain Resort & Country Club in Margaretville, NY

We got married at Hanah Mountain Resort in October and can?t recommend it enough. It was a great location, beautiful venue with... excellent mountain views. The manager, Violet was amazing and was so helpful the entire way through. The transition from ourservice to the cocktail hour to the reception was easy and each room was perfect. The food, prepared by chef John and staff wasphenomenal. The bartenders, Bea and Cassandra did an excellent job and all with a smile. Hanah mountain is one of the most beautiful places in the Catskills area. With a breathtaking view. Amazing front desk staff and... great kitchen staff as well. This place is amazing for dinner out, weddings and special events. They truly make you feel likepart of a family here. Read more

Stayed in the Hanah House. The whole place smells of mold. In the basement there is a dehumidifier, but the tank was full and... probably had been for some time. The air conditioner is the real travesty. Packed with mold, and the air filter was cloggedwith months, if not years of dirt... This doesn't happen in a month or two. This is straight up neglect. And this downstairsspace is supposed to be for kids? I wouldn't let my kids stay down here. Come stay at the Hanah House, and share lastingmemories of that trip where the whole family got respiratory infections! The water also smelled of sewage. This may not be100% their fault, but when the water is that putrid, you just stick a filter on it and maybe a UV light and it can at least takethe edge off. I only took one shower there, and brushed my teeth with bottled water because I didn't trust it. Even justwashing my hands, the smell was unavoidable. Or who knows, maybe there is a filtration system, but it too hasn't beenchanged/cleaned in years. I wont stay there again, and could/would not recommend it to anyone. ESPECIALLY if they have kids.
