I?ve purchased food from here a few times out of convenience since it is walking distance from where I live. The food is... mediocre at best. I?ve enjoyed it maybe 3 out of 10 times due to the inconsistency of the quality. I?m not sure if there aredifferent cooks at times or what. They?re also very overpriced unless you are ordering a lunch special. I ordered breakfastwhich consisted of a tiny portion of corned beef hash with bananas and was charged $10! I got home and saw that it was mostlycabbage with no meat and tasted terrible. The women who served the food were also very rude & unprofessional. When I asked aboutbeing overcharged, she stated ?Oh well, that?s the price in the computer and now you know.? She also had just come from the backwith greasy gloves from preparing food to directly handling money and touching the register without removing her gloves! Thisplace is unsanitary & disgusting! I had already paid at that point, but I will never go back to an establishment that does notvalue it?s customers by giving quality food or service. I literally feel robbed! Read more

The food maybe good but the customer service is so completely horrible it makes you not even want to go inside the morning shift... especially. Policies and portions change based on who's working and what mood they're in. Save yourself the trouble and thedrama...go somewhere else. Very short explanation of my experience: who messes up on curry chicken? How? Why on earth would curry ever be so watery you can... still taste the full grit of the seasonings? Have not been back since. Donna's makes a good case why you should eat from smallmom-and-pop shops for good Caribbean food. The food is made better and it costs nearly the same. Read more
