Sometimes I stop in and stay a while just because....this location is one of 3 of my favorite dunkin' stores because the... employees are nice, the store is always clean and quiet and my bagel is always fresh unlike a few of the other stores. I have been going to this Dunkin for almost 2 years since I?ve moved to Margate. The first year, I have had great service and... consistent food/beverage quality. This last year has drastically changed. The beverage quality has been horrible. I can neverget a consistent iced latte ever since the young male worker has left. Whenever he?s there, I know my drink is gonna be good. Ihope he?s still there because whenever I order, I never see him. With all this, I had to order Dunkin Monday morning forbreakfast and I was in a rush. I placed my order online for pickup and was about to eat my food. When I opened my food, theEnglish muffin had MOLD. I was disgusted and immediately called Customer Service. They were appalled about this and told me thatthe location will be contacting me.
