Extremely slow service?. They will be in the restaurant and the phone is ringing with no one answer? I called on multiple... occasion just to see if something is ready so I can go and buy it but they don?t answer the phone? I don?t think the food isthat good for me to continue going to a play that have this horrible service?. Most Jamaican restaurants are cheaper than thiswith better food. Read more
Second time here and must say I am disappointed. They do not have curry goat on lunch special and if you get there after 5pm... they are out. You pay $15 for couple pieces of goat and mostly rice and not to mention they take FOREVER to serve you. I?ll takemy business elsewhere. Read more
Small, clean, well run Restaurant with seemingly a large loyal customer base. M & W Caribbean Restaurant's Menu is quite good,... offers varied Caribbean selections well as dishes for Vegetarians, Seafood enthusiasts and Pasta lovers! Food is tasty but coulddo much better presentation in packaging. Most common comment from patrons the waiting period for services. The management needsto address this problem for better service. Customer Loyalty though a worthy attribute of any business will not equatenecessarily with more customers because most people need to enter, place order and be served in short order.
