My wedding was on Feb 5th --- it was literally a freaking dream! Adam & his team brought my Pinterest board to life - I wanted... an airy, boho, whimsical, modern feel and i got that and so much more! Adam is so amazing, he got my vision from the start andmade me feel so good! Honestly, i didnt want to leave our meetings - i could hang with him all day!!!! But our experience wastop notch, our food was sooo good - we did chicken & skirt steak for guests, i had everyone complimenting it!!! My flowers wereso beautiful, i have brides reaching out via Insta asking who did them.... save yourself a headache, work with Sidecar Kitchen--- Adam & his team are literally experts on food, flowers & decor! don?t even know where to start. There is no way I would have been able to do this without Adam and Chef Hector. The wedding... planning process was so overwhelming I almost gave up and went to the courthouse multiple times. Sidecar Kitchen is 100% thereason I chose to have the big wedding. The day of the tasting I hired them on the spot. Chef Hector?s food absolutely needed tobe what was served at my wedding, no questions asked. And Adam was the kindest, funniest, and most enthusiastic planner/coordinator I?ve spoken with. He wears any and all the hats that need to be worn. My one conversation with Adam was enough tomake me put my full trust in his abilities to make my dreams a reality. And my god he did. I sent my vision board over and itwas brought to life. THEY EVEN BUILT ME A COOKIE TOWER! Every email and text message was answered the same day, and I was nevermade to feel like I was a bother. When the weather decided to take a turn to nearly freezing 4 days before my wedding day, Adammade sure I had outdoor space heaters. We didn?t want a traditional sit down or buffet style dinner. We chose to have heavilypassed appetizers all night with 2 food stations. There was so much food that by the end of the night people were turning itaway! From the chefs, to the servers, to the bartenders everyone was so kind and attentive. Every time a server walked by I wasasked if I needed a drink or food. Steve even made sure to find me and give me the last spicy margarita of the night. It was aperfect wedding, and if there were any problems I had no idea. My photographer even commented about how smooth everything went.And all of the credit for that goes to Adam and Sidecar Kitchen. I could honestly write PARAGRAPHS about how amazing the entirestaff was, and how beautiful the night was. Adam and his crew are NEXT LEVEL. The food is exceptional, Adam himself was so personal, kind, hard-working, and the whole team... was so fun to be around, very personable. They were hustling the ENTIRE event long, from set up, to serving, to clean up. I wasjust a guest at a wedding but Adam?s passion and professionalism beckoned me to write a well-deserved review. I have no eventplans in the near future but with every dish that they put out being more delicious than the last I may just need to have one.Coconut shrimp, were my favorite but comfort foods on the coldest night of the year like grilled cheese triangles were extraspecial touches. Adam and his team did our wedding and it could not have been more perfect in any way. Everyone raved about how awesomethe food was all night (cheers to Chef Hector!). His entire team - the servers, bartenders, everyone - is so amazing. Adam alsodid our flowers and decor, made our cake which was both beautiful and delicious, and helped me plan from 2,000 miles away andjust absolutely killed it.
