This wing stop is horrible, I ordered through postmates and was supposed to get my order at 11 pm. By 11:45 I still hadn?t... gotten my order and the postmates drivers kept canceling the order. Then wing stop cancelled our order completely and when wecalled to ask, they declined our calls. Read more
My boyfriend and I decided to place an order to be delivered. We received stale and tasteless fries, flat sodas and didn?t get... the side of Cajun corn that we paid for. Due to it being so close to the closing time, I gave them a call in the morninginstead. I spoke to Esteban, the general manager. He listened to my complaints and made it right. Horrible experience I hate it there . I went there twice and both times were frustrating . Very unprofessional and give... inaccurate timing on when the food is ready . They told me 10mins when I arrived after placing an online order that was supposedto be ready . Then After that told me I had to wait an extra 20minutes on top of the 10mins . So in total they are taking50mins for a 10piece wings . NEVER again! They don?t even show concern or Nothing to make us feel better after all this damwait. Horrible !!!!!!! Read more
Nothing to write home about. I got 10 boneless wings(real chicken), one dipping sauce, carrots and celery instead of fries and a... 20oz fountain drink. Under$15. Staff was efficient and friendly. Establishment was clean. Food was fresh and taste good. I tooka star off because you order at counter sit down...get up get food and sit back down. Not my kind of place.
