Meh....private party, but still. Plastic glasses, only two bar tenders, ran out of food. They need to pick up their game.
As of today the Luxe Lounge still appears to be closed. Everything else within the Ak-Chin Circle appears to be open. Dined at... the bowling alley today and the food was average with the drinks tasting like the tabs haven't been changed in a while. Theservice is definitely different than what it used to be. Their covid guidelines seemed a bit shakey, they do have athermometer/infrared at the door, they have signs with "no mask/no service, and signs that say to be 6 feet apart. The onlything was is that they don't have anyone making sure any of that is taking place. They ask to leave the bowling balls in placeonly to have an employee put them back without sanitizing them. It took a good while for someone to clean the booth next us. Definitely different, but we will see how things go. Read more

I used to go to Luxe weekly until a waitress became very rude over a bill. She made me look like the bad person because I was... out on date night with my husband and friends. The bad part was she wasn't serving our table. I gave cash and card as a formof payment. She was defending the server who was her sister and decided to interrupt and asked if it was cash first I saidyes. Her response was "next time say that. I let her know it was a rude response and unprofessional. I was then kickedout I will never return thanks to her. Read more
