I've been coming to this place for a long time and the last couple years the quality of food and customer service (ESPECIALLY... THE FOOD)has gotten worse and worse. The food at your elementary school was better than this has become. Read more
Honestly so very disappointed with tonight's dinner staff. Waited very patiently for our food(Club sandwich, Chicken wrap and a... Pretzel) waited over an hour to be told our food was still not done, within that time frame at least 6 other couples behind ushad gotten their food eaten it and left, mind you their food was things such as hamburgers & pizza's which take much longer tomake.So confuses as to why my food(Pretzel, Club sandwich and Chicken wrap)still wasn't ready I go up to the counter to ask themwhat was going on to be told the same thing "just another minute". As time goes by it still wasn't ready after an hour and 30minutes, By this time I am completely baffled as to how it can still not be done and ask for a refund. When asking for a refundthe lady looks at me with a blank expression and tells me to move out of the way, she then goes and gets another employee who ismuch nicer and kindly gives me a refund. It is very disappointing to pay to stay at such a nice resort and have one of the mainfood places be this disappointing. The people and service tonight at Copper Cactus Grill have completely hindered our relaxingtime at this resort. Will never be dinner here again when coming back to this resort and will tell many to never eat here oreven bother with this place. Read more
Cashier staff are very unpleasant. Have been here many times and ALWAYS the dining tables, chairs and floor are very dirty. We... saw several customers wiping off their own tables. Alcohol dispense station, to clean hands, always empty. Read more
I order here when I?m on the property. Not always to play in the casino - usually business. Even if the line is long, I have had... great experiences when placing my food order. The cooks are so attentive to the orders that I?m amazed beyond explanation! Camis by far the most amazing CSR and cook I?ve even encountered! Cam is accurate with every food order I?ve ever put in at CopperCactus ! Because of my food allergies , I rarely eat out, however this young man makes me feel extremely special as he caters tomy health needs and remembers me every time I order. Copper Cacutus @ HARRAH?S Akchin needs to give him an employee of themonths award and a raise for excellence in service and perfection in performance (cooking ).
