They are poorly managed. They are understaffed and the employees need more training. The employees work hard but cannot keep... up with the customer requests or there are mistakes and delays. They have had several outages of their expresso equipment thatalways takes weeks to repair. Read more

I haven't been to Dunkin in years and they reminded me exactly why, but this one was especially bad. I ordered a toasted... everything bagel with cream cheese and jelly and they just gave me a toasted bagel with nothing on it, and took a very long timejust to do that. My wife ordered a plain bagel with butter and cream cheese, and specified that she did not want it toasted, andit definitely still came toasted and with no cream cheese or butter even though we were charged for it.
