Papa Johns used to be one of my wife's favorite pizza restaurants. In the last 10 days we ordered 2 pizzas. My wife ordered... herself a medium mushroom pizza about 10 days ago and was very disappointed. Her comment was "It looked like someone sliced up asingle mushroom and spread it on the pizza." Three days ago, I was near the restaurant and thought I'd surprise my wife with a"Meats Pizza". It was almost tasteless with bland sauce and much less meat than the picture or served in the past. We threw halfof it away. We live outside of Maricopa and it wasn't worth the gas to return it. Had a great ExtravaganZZa pizza from Dominos'this evening. Read more

Very poor customer service. I sent my granddaughter there to pick up my order with $100 bill and they refused service. They... could not cash a $100 bill on a $22 bill. She asked for the manager and the girl rolled her eyes but got the person she saidwas the manager. She told my granddaughter that she would not cash the bill and she needed to leave. I will never do businesswith Papa John's ever again. No one will disrespect my family. There are plenty of pizza places in Maricopa. Read more
