It took eight minutes of me standing in line for someone to finally even walk up and address me. Apparently I missed a small... sign on the door that said they were only doing online orders today. No big deal, that was my fault for not seeing that but if Iwas the business owner I would want customers telling me honest feedback about my experience. Very disappointing. I love Chipotle and had a bad experience at this location once. I decided to give it a second try today. I... ordered a barbacoa burrito, barbacoa tacos with extra barbacoa for a $5 upgrade and gracamole and chips. One of my tacos camewith no meat and the other two had very little inspite the fact I paid for extra meat. The beans in the buritto were not cooked.We had to get it all out before eating. The chips were stale and the guacamole had a funny taste. Do not recommend. Read more
Absolutely, hands down the worst Chipotle location. Why doesn?t it just close if it?s struggling so hard to run efficiently? It... is always filthy, drink machines are always empty, staff are miserable and arguing, I?ve shown up at least 3 times to see a signon the door saying that due to staffing issues, no in person orders can be placed after I?ve already made the drive over. Idon?t like to order ahead because my order always ends up wrong in some way. I literally have this named ?Subpar Chipotle? in myChipotle app. I will start making the drive to Sandy springs to avoid this one in the future. Read more
Because their phone number wont allow me to voice a complaint with a human, Ill leave this for anyone to read. This chipotle... has messed up my orders so many times I cant count. Today, I placed an order online for pickup. First walked in the store toblank stares and no greeting even after I said hello. BTW, I was the only customer in there. Ok whatever. I get home and oneof our bowls was missing the chicken. Not sour cream or lettuce, but missing the chicken for crying out loud. Not the firsttime this has happened. Second, one of the burritos had a hair in it. Yes thats right. Finally another burrito was folded in amess and busted where it had to be eaten with a fork. Congrats chipotle you're succeeding at driving what used to be anenjoyable experience with great food to a bad experience with poor quality food and service. Read more
