Experienced very rushed and impatient clerk taking orders. Dining room not open so forced to drive-thru but worker was extremely... impatient and yelling she is on a timer. Got my drink wrong and then hollered that she has to keep the line moving. Seems to beunder awful management and makes workers rush customers through the ordering process- very unprofessional. Noon and the wait was not that bad, they had no livers but I got a deal on a 3 piece chicken thighs and drum for $3.99. The... service was ok. At first the chicken looks great and it was crispy and a good temperature. But I have worked in the business andthe metallic aftertaste on the back sides of my lounge tells mr the frying oil is old and beginning to break down. I was disappointed. They had no spicy chicken. Don't come here. This place is so filthy it a shame. I'm never coming back.
Was there at dinnertime for a drive thru order. Ordered two 3 piece , coleslaw which they were out and three biscuits. Get to... window and was told they were out of dark meat and white meat would be an additional charge or wait 10 minutes. When we said weweren't waiting 10 minutes they came up with the chicken. It's dinnertime and out of slaw and no chicken ready is ridiculous.All you sell is chicken and it's dinner. Needless to say, girl had an attitude and we didnt even get our biscuits. Last timehere.
