Excellent server named Jen, we were there with my elderly mother in law who had a wheelchair and Jen was very helpful findi g us... an appropriate table with easy access and tended to my MIL excellently. Her recommendations were exceptional which made thevisit extraordinary. The food was excellent as advertised. A+. We will definitely be back. Read more
We came in this past Sunday 9/21 it was super busy, we did have to wait for a table for sometime, (I think a hostess would be... helpfull ) Soon after we sat down , our server Jen said she would be right with us, and she was!! You could tell all the saffwas busy but she treated us like we were the only table she had. She was polite and answered all of our questions and took thetime to talk to our little one. 2 years ago I posted a review on Google (see below) that this location has the worst service ever! It hasn't changed! I don't... believe it has anything to do with a "national labor shortage" as their multiple signs say. I totally understand being busy. Butit takes almost no time to say "I'm so sorry I'll be with you in a minute" in any one of the 20 times you walked past our tablewithout even acknowledging our presence. Long before the pandemic or labor shortages this restaurant showed they truly justdon't care about offering good service. It's starkly contrasted with the Dunwoody location which has fantastic service. EastCobb seems to have this problem in many of the restaurants! The manager (I assume) left a response on another review site askingme to email him to resolve the problems. I did. Twice. I never heard back. (Original review) Horrible service! I swore I?dnever eat there again after the last time when it took forever to get our order in the restaurant and they didn?t seem to care.Against my better judgment I ordered delivery from them from DoorDash today. It took over an hour from the time I ordered for myfood to be ready - the driver was there waiting for it for half an hour or more. And the restaurant has their phone goingstraight to voicemail - and voicemail box is full of course. They are overpriced as it is and their service and food quality aredefinitely not worth it!!
