Been coming here for over two decades and I can say I?ve never had a bad server or bad service. Management is wonderful, the... waiters are all so friendly and attentive, and they always make sure your food is perfect. I remember once my steak was cookedwrong twice, and the manager himself went back into the kitchen to make my steak for me and even comped it, which I did NOTexpect. Be good to your servers and all the staff here, they deserve it! My husband and I had Joe as a server tonight for ourtwo year wedding anniversary dinner and he was wonderful - so personable and attentive. Not sure if Gavin works here any morebut he was also great. Please note: there is a lot of broken glass (beer bottles) in the parking lot. The young girls working the front desk were... totally un-welcoming and unfriendly - our arrival interrupted them playing on their phones, and they were clearly not happyabout this! They did not speak to us at all, but we were taken past many empty booths and given a booth at the very back of therestaurant next to the kitchen. Luckily, our server was great and agreed to let us switch to a much nicer booth. On a plus side,the food was good and our server was brilliant. Read more
Great place, great experiences. I have gone here for several times for special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries and... have been quite satisfied everytime. I love their basic chopsteak plate. While their signature lamb wasn't that good in myhonest opinion. It was very plain compared to their other dishes. Their soups are delicious! Every single soup has a verydistinct taste and not plain at all. Very surprised with the soups. Service has been great. We had some questions about thedifferent dishes and they did give us thorough and clear answers. The appertizer bread with butter is a must. Reallycomplimented the entrees and is very well seasoned. What can I say? It's a Longhorn steakhouse. Had a great meal here at a reasonable price. My baked potato had clearly been... sitting in the warming tray for most of the day as it was fairly desiccated, but other than that, it completely met myexpectations for a Longhorn steakhouse. Read more
