Waited for about 15 minutes for curbside, only to go inside. After I say what I need, I hear the employees laugh about it and... the one who was supposed to bring the food out said they forgot. Went this morning to get 2 Sausage biscuits. You would think that would be a simple order. NOT at thIs McDs. Instead I got 2... Egg McMuffins with Cheese which I can't eat BUT to top it off, the muffins were BADLY burned!! This McDs doesn't seem to careabout decent customer service or quality of the food they serve. NO customer should receive BURNED food or even the wrongorder. This isn't rocket science. They obviously need to train their staff a whole lot more. Read more

When you go to a McDonald's you're not expecting a fine dining experience, but this restaurant takes fast food to a new low. The... buns are stale, the food is cold, and the frappes are more like iced coffee (poorly blended with huge chunks of ice). That's ifthe frappe machine is working at all. I routinely have issues with this store when using the app and the staff is never able toprovide any support. They're always unapologetic and want you to just accept the situation rather than trying to troubleshootit. This includes the manager who was very rude the time I tried to get her involved in the situation. Don't waste your time ormoney at this location! Read more
