My wife and I had the pleasure of dining with Dani and Jay this evening and they were an absolute delight. Stopped in for Lunch today. It was my first time dining at O?Charley?s . My server Jackson was super attentive. The manager Dawn... stopped by and offered me free pie because it was my first time dining with them. They made me feel super welcome and the foodwas delicious. We had a bad experience at the last O'Charley's but they contacted me and asked me to come back, this time was much better. The... Chicken Tenders were awesome! The Cobbler also was Amazing! Everything else was OK except for the Chicken nachos - not good, ithad some chicken tenders cut up (they again, were good) but the the cheese wasn't even melted and very few other toppings. We ordered fish and chips, a steak, and BBQ ribs. Was early for dinner, late for lunch on weekend. Waiter was nice, kept drinks... filled, but never asked how we wanted our steaks cooked. Seemed distracted as short staffed and prepping for a big group. Steakswere medium to very well done. No sear. Would have liked medium rare. Said something but didn't send back as we don't wastefood. Rest of meal good. Rolls are really good. But would not order steaks here again. Fish and chips and loaded baked potatoeswere good. Read more
