Went a few months ago and had a TERRIBLE experience. We saw that it was short staffed and waited patiently but the waitress... walked past us several times and made eye contact.. but chose to ignore us and our baby. She continued to laugh with othercustomers (it wasn't busy). After fifteen minutes of waiting, we stopped her and asked to be seated. She threw her hands up andsaid that all the booths were dirty and when we sat down at a clean one, she proceeded to speak to us and spout off a long listof items and walked off rudely. We decided to leave. So I've worked in customer service before too, and despite how crazyshifts can be, it doesn't cost a thing to be kind. She didn't even acknowledge us. Judging by the extreme variation of people'sexperiences here, the waitress also seems to favor some groups of people while being incredibly rude to others. I don't know ifshe's racist or just plain rude, but this not a decent or proper way to conduct business, and her attitude reflects managementand the establishment at this location. Read more
The poor girl that was serving us was the only one working the floor. She did an awesome job! The food was pretty much Denny's... breakfast. Food in my tummy before A-day on the golf course.
