Very rarely do I and my family go here because every time we do they manage to mess up even the simplest orders. It?s to the... point I feel that they just don?t care. Today ordered online saying no mayo on a crispy chicken, ended up with extra mayo. Kidmeal extra pickles , only got one. Is it to much to pay for a service and expect the service you pay for?? Every experience here has had issues with either poor customer service, getting our order incorrectly, or wait time in the drive... thru. Waiting isn't a huge issue, but incorrect or incomplete orders and poor customer service is. Food is warm or cold andrarely served hot and fresh. Sucks that it is the one close to home. Read more
