Worst experience with Popeyes ever. Ordered spicy chicken, there was none. Told me I?d have to wait 20 minutes so I took the... regular instead. Got home with it and the rice in the red beans and rice wasn?t don, and I mean it was still crunchy! The mashedpotatoes same thing: hadnt been stirred enough to completely dissolve. We have been there a few times before this and things were good. But this time, we were on our way to watch our grandson play... football and stopped to get something to eat. There was only one family ahead of us inside it took close to 10 minutes foranyone to come take our order, we finally ordered and got our drinks and sat down. We waited and waited but they only seemed tobe getting food out the drive through, finally after almost 30 minutes and still no food, and the family before us was stillwaiting too, we asked for our money back because if we didn't leave, we would be late for the game. I worked with the public forover 29 years and was always told to take care of your customers. We got our money and got to the game with a few minutesbefore kick off. Went to order a 48 piece nugget for 4 people, said they could only do a 36 piece that was shorted on nuggets which was very... frustrating. Very slow drive thru. Not enough sauce for the 4 of us. Only one spork for 4 people. No straw for drink. Macaronihad been microwaved, you could tell by the hard cheese and consistency of the noodles and rest of the cheese.
