I got to meet and speak with the owner and chef?????????herself,whom is an authentic Chinese cook that opened the restaurant in May of 1986, the year of The????Tiger...???????? TheSweet-and-Sour Soup was spicy, blod, and powerfully flavored with tremendously fresh and tasty ingredients...????????????
