I?ve ate here a few times now and love it! The service has been fantastic and the food is just as good! My favorite two menu... items I?ve had so far are the pretzels and the chicken Caesar salad. I?ve enjoyed everything I?ve tried so far other than theportabella mushroom fries. I typically like all things mushroom but these just tasted like fried batter and oil. Read more
Tonight I decided to go on a date with my significant other, and they suggested barrel house. I pass it all the time going to... the YMCA and so I said sure. I was not busy at all and we were seated immediately. Rachel was our waitress and the service wasfantastic! We ordered our drinks which were brought out quickly and then our food. Once our food arrived, I noticed they haddusted it with the spicy seasoning that I requested be held. So they took it back to the kitchen. A couple minutes later theybrought it back out, but to my surprise it was the same plate, bun, etc. If food is sent back it is a no no unless it is a steakor something similar asking to be cooked further, to be sent back out to the table after multiple people touched it. Themanager Heidi, saw that I was not happy and immediately came over and asked what was wrong. She was not happy and said that shewould fix it at once!! She came back in a couple minutes and said they are making it fresh. To top it off they said the meal wason the house! That was shocking and above and beyond. I was in no way expecting that level of service. We did also say that wewere wanting to order desert, and without a step she said, no problem and that is on us as well.. This level of service isincredibly rare, and it should not be, but having people truly care about you and your experience is refreshing. Rachel andHeidi, you now have a customer for life. Mac n cheese, Fries, and Chocolate bomb cake are ????great????. The avocado chicken sandwich was not good. Bun was not toasted,... avocado not seasoned, chicken way over cooked, and too dry. Upcharge on the broccoli. Service was slow and the restaurant onlyhad 2 other tables. Maybe we got them on an off night. Avoid the chicken. Get a burger and fries. Read more
Great food! Our server, Marlow/Marlon (?), was amazing! We are about 30 minutes away and we will be back often! Such a diverse... menu... everything looks amazing! We went for the Lobster dip and 1/2 plate of Nachos. Superb! Read more

Thank you for making our experience memorable, and the waitress??? did a great Job!!! We will becoming back to this location most definitely!! But like I was saying in the beginning when trying something new, if you don?tknow what to order make it interesting for the cook in the back? ask them what they cook best and have them bring it to you, every time we have done it it has been a win-win situation, not only was the food fresh and the presentation amazing, but thefood they made was great.
