I went through the drive thru and made an order. He told me the total, $17 and changed, and that seemed high. I ordered a nacho... fries box for $5.50 and a deluxe box for $8, so the price before tax should have been $13.50 and the total under $15. When I gotto the window and asked them about it, he said that the advertised price on the drive through was wrong and the new prices werehigher. He claimed they hadn't gotten the new signs. Why didn't some one go out there with a sharpie or something and make thechanges? There aren't a lot of things that make me refuse food at a drive thru, but that is one of them. My order was messed up. Okay cool people make mistakes but when I came back no one came to the speaker or window. Not even for... other customer I watched leave. I waited about 3 minutes and decided maybe I should go inside. I did and the maintenence man wasthere and told me the dude working was supposed to be off but his replacement didn't show. He came from outside after aboutanother 3 mins. And he just remade my one item. Well now it's been like atleast 6 minutes my foods cold. Would've been cool tooffer me something else or to remake all the food. If your staff isn't showing up managers need to have expectations to relieveemployees. It's the job yall signed up for! This was unbelievable to me, forcing someone to stay I would've been outside tootaking a break since I was supposed to be off. This Taco Bell is the only Taco Bell I have known to were the staff is completely lazy, cannot get an order correct to save... their life,literally will act tough and fight you if you try to bring back food that was not your order. At the end of the day Iwould avoid this Taco Bell at all costs. Wish covid and the derecho would have forced this location to close down. Read more
Can someone tell me what happen to the quesadilla? I mean seriously. I originally place an order and got someone else's order... entirely.
