The order was incorrect. We ordered a "cheddar style burger" that had no cheddar on it. The coke was a diet coke. The girl at... the window did not say thank you once. She literally tossed the bag at us again without any thank you or polite acknowledgementat all. We waited 19 minutes from the time we ordered to the time our order was given to us. Never going back. I expect mediocreservice but that was outright unacceptable. Read more
8/4/22. Do not go to this Cook Out. This place needs to be shut down. Don't even get a Milk Shake there. Mine was handed to... me and the cup looked like it had dirt and almost looked like dip spit on it and was just strait up Nasty. Also found two hairsin the Milk Shake. You could tell the hair was purposely put into the Shake. This is not the first time I've had a issues therebefore, and thinking it might be better went back against my better judgment. Huge improvement on the food. Staff is more friendly. New management has taken over. Jefferson (new manager) is a great guy and... is really proving that he really cares about his job and the quality of what he serves to his customers. This restaurant ischanging for the better!! Read more
