Stopped in on a road trip to change my son's diaper and one of the employees went out of his way to make accommodations since... there was no changing table in the restroom. Ordered 2 smoothies for my kids after because of his kindness. He wasunbelievably polite and changed my crabby 2 year old's attitude into happiness with that smoothie. Wife and I stopped in here this morning (4-11-22) , we often travel through Marion and there is no Smoothie King where we live,... so we thought we'd use this location as our first impression... It was an incredibly clean location, very organized and inorder. Incredible amount of choices, that at first looked slightly overwhelming, but, the customer service wasphenomenal. Devon, made our smoothies and when we informed her we'd never been in one before today she gave us an incredibleinformative and helpful run down of the menu, and, you could tell she truly loved and lived by the product. She was incrediblyfriendly, welcoming, and our smoothies were absolutely delicious. First impressions are everything and Devon was a greatexample for not only this location, which we plan to stop by frequently, but the entire franchise and we will both definitely benew customers.
