We went for breakfast. We waited for over 40 minutes after we ordered before we got our food. There was only 4 other customers... in the restaurant. The waiter we had didn't seem to know what items they were out of for the day. In the 40 minutes he nevercame back to check on us. We had to flag him down for more drinks while we waited for our food. The food tasted great. The foodwas worth it but the wait time was very long. Tommy was nice and checked on each table after you ate. Read more

After reading so many positive reviews, our family was excited to enjoy breakfast at a popular local spot. After an interminable... wait, frozen food and a debate with the chef over the definition of Eggs Benedict, we walked away sorely disappointed. Here?sthe good: The server was very polite and professional, my daughter very much enjoyed her pancakes, the sausage patties weremoist and flavorful, and I applaud the owner for personally coming to visit every table. However, the rest of the experiencewas underwhelming to say the least. Our first clue all was not roses and posies came when we learned the store was out of milk, out of steak and out of hash browns. We then waited more than an hour for a basic pancake breakfast, Eggs Benedict and a bowl offruit. When the food was delivered, the pancakes were served with a ramekin of melted butter rather than a traditional pat ofbutter, the bowl of mixed berries was clearly frozen, and the eggs on the Bennie were hard boiled. Not soft, not a hair pastpoached, but a perfect hard-boiled egg. Because of the other positive things mentioned, we decided not to say anything negativeabout the meal when the Chef asked. But when he did and I replied, ?Everything was fine, thanks,? he said, ?That?s all I get???So I explained that the eggs were perfectly hard-boiled, and one typically expects poached eggs - as the menu and the verydefinition of Eggs Benedict describe. His response? ?Well, my customers don?t like runny eggs.? Sorry Chef, that?s not how thisworks. Eggs Benedict are, by definition and the words printed on your own menu, served poached. If you overcook them, just fessup. If you?re willfully changing the definition, update your menu to reflect your innovation on a classic dish. As someone elsenoted, this place has a ton of potential. The things that were good very enjoyable, the service was polite and professional, andthe prices were very reasonable for the area. But an hour-long wait for staple dishes, fro Read more

This place could do great business with a little help or maybe a basic culinary course - they plated my fish and chips over... lettuce which made the bottom of the fish soggy and gross. The batter could have had much more flavor .. I had to drown it inthe tartar sauce to eat it. The salad my husband got looked like it had 2 week old iceberg lettuce and no other greens. Wasn'timpressed... felt unprofessional with items marked off the menu. Decor and sign out front gave a mixed message of what kind offood was served here . I wasn't sure if it was a Chinese restaurant, a breakfast joint, or a country cooking diner. Plenty ofpotential, poorly executed Read more
