I wasn't aware that the store did not open until 7:00 a.m. I sat there at 6:50 and continued to sit there watching the employees... stare at me seeing that I'm sitting out there in the button was pressed so I continue to sit out there for 10 minutes about andan employee named Dana comes out and says we don't open till 7:00 and was really rude about it I just wonder why they let me sitout there that long knowing that they weren't open and staring at me through the window and by the time that they came out andsaid that it was 6:58 they could have went ahead and took my order I know covid has everybody shorthanded and stuff but this isjust uncalled for Read more

We travel often and always stop at a Sonics when we see one. The Marion Sonic is the worse Sonic I've been thru in Virginia and... Tennessee. The icecream machine has been broke down since May, the service is lousy, and if you are lucky enough to get theright order then it usually looks like dog food. We went from eating there a couple times a week to just getting slushies a fewtimes a month. They can't even get that right. Read more
Beat the dinner rush. Was one of two cars in the drive thru line. They still for got to give me two food items in my bag. Pulled... into a stall and pushed a button and told them. One of the workers told me they would be right out with my food. I waited 20minutes. I then got out of my car and walked up to the employee entry and waited. I told the first person I saw. When I got there I could not see the monitor. So the nice Lady came out and took my order. She shared I could get 2 quarter... pounder with cheese for 5. I said that would be great. I only want ketchup on them and the cheese. She asked if I wanted thesame on both I said yes. There were other things ordered they seemed to be ok. But the quarter pounders had pickles and mustarda little bit of ketchup. I scraped it off at home because it is in town and I live out of town.
