She was working the DT tonight and after a long 3 years of dealing with angry... people - Colleen was the most kind, joyful person to take my order in a longtime. She was apologetic for the wait .... everyoneis short staffed and I watched them hustle so I knew they were in the rush! I only wish this world had a whole lot more happypeople like Colleen! Went through the drive through for a burger. Told them I want everything on the burger and they said to call it works next... time. Today I went again and asked for the works and got literally nothing. Just two buns and a patty....I don't even know howthey can hand that out. If you didn't hear what I said then please ask again. ordered on uber eats and food was cold, chicken was a little pink and order took longer than usual to arrive. i am very... disappointed this is for sure the worst location out of all the Harvey?s I?ve tried. do not go to this location the Yonge & hightech road location is so much better and always tastes fresh and delicious and they load the toppings on.
