Cleanliness needs to be improved. Especially during busy hours, empty tables in food court seating area are not being clean. The... big table besides us is empty when we arrived, there are food debris and food stains on the dirty table, so we choose anothertable which has less food debris and clean it before we use. For at least more than 1/2 hour later, a staff come to that tableand quickly wipe it for 5 seconds and left. Very much doubt whether it is properly clean. Hygiene is important in food courtarea. I know the Markville food court really well and I wish they would have some ki d of Korean BBQ or similar vendors like in... downtown Toronto office buildings? The food court still offers a decent selection of vendors. Unfortunately, many didn't make it through COVID-19 and aren't... replaced with new ones. As of Sept. 2022 half of the food court spots aren't occupied and it's hard to say if the old vendor iscoming back or they half-abandoned their equipment and might not even come back to pick it up.
