My wife, daughter and myself ended up with severe food poisoning from the chicken Teriyaki salad. We are paying for it today.
Absolutely terrible customer service, the manager was extremely rude when I approached him about the subway app not working and... he blamed me for not being able to use the app properly. I went from my job for takeout order and ordered veggie patty..they don?t have patty defrosted(fresh patty) so they directly put... frozen patty in sub and act like nothing is wrong! Extremely poor customer service. Two Middle eastern or maybe Persian guys served me and they sounded like they didn't care about... the business. There was no single soul there and still showed a lot of impatience and made me rush to order something. Keep inmind it was around 2 or 3pm on a weekday.
