I called Brix with a last minute for two day catering job I had. I needed them to follow ?kosher style? laws for both meals and... all food allergies. The food was amazing so delicious!!! Only 4 stars because they didn't have Riesling and it was too noisy for my taste. But, the food. Oh, my. Loved the cod with... sweet potato mash. It was more like cod with chunky sweet potato mushroom spinach sauce. Either way, it was Delicious! Myhusband had the Mac and cheese with fried chicken. He was equally impressed. I can?t say enough about the Harpolis brothers and BRIX Gastropub. It?s fine, healthy, well presented food in a hip atmosphere.... But, I want to comment on their in house events. I recently had to host a party for 40 persons to show my appreciation. TeddyHarpolis worked with us down to every detail. The food and staff were exceptional !! I?m still receiving thank you notes from myguests. (PS Cocktails and beers are Very Good and reasonable). I?ve been in the restaurant business for 30+ years, and these 2young brothers are up-and-comers. I hope you visit them and enjoy the food, atmosphere and service. Tell them Jack sent you ???? This is not a complaint about the quality or service of the food?Food on the menu above is priced wrong. it was the first time... trying their bowls which were good. I did take out and expected to pay 14each for 3 bowls , and find out they were $18 eachwhen I got home, which is more than I would have paid had I known , go to the website if you want accurate pricing.
