I've been ordering over the phone as a long time loyal customer I live in Marlton. The food is fantastic. I will never order... from there again. Tania is on my receipt. When I got home I noticed a charge called "open food " for $1.85. I called and spoketo Tania. She explained to me that I ordered a side salad instead of fries. I told Tania when I was placing the order Ispecifically asked what could I order "IN PLACE OF " french fries for my platter? She specifically told me onion rings or a sidesalad, she never specified you would be charged for a side salad but not onion rings?? At least tell me?
