This was my first time visiting this franchise via drive thru. The property was clean and well kept. The associates at the order... window and pick up windows were attentive and friendly. My Crispy Chicken sandwich was served hot and tasted great. The wafflefries were a little over done and over salted which made the taste experience off-putting. These things happen and I would stillrecommend this restaurant. I am hopeful that the sodium level in the waffle fries was and error and not the way they aretypically prepared. Read more

The staff are extremely friendly and kind. The spicy chicken sandwich is good. The Pdq sauce is decent. The mac and cheese is... the worst do not order. It is nothing like what the menu says. It was noodles that were precooked and microwaved and cheesesauce mixed in. Reminded me of those shelf stable microwave meals from the 90s. If you go just skip the sides and get asandwich. Read more
Love PDQ but apparently they don't have a scanner here to let you use your app for coupons/points or so said the young male... working window. Was hoping to get my free 3 piece tender with a meal purchase but was told "use it next time, I don't have ascanner." And was given lip and attitude for trying more to get it. Read more
