While waiting for my order, I had to listen to the manager yell at the employee that was making my drink. Something about... discussing break times, but the way he was yelling at her and speaking to her was extremely disrespectful and I felt really badfor the girl. Speaking to employees that way is never acceptable, especially in front of staff and guests. Read more
