Very friendly staff that are always happy to be of service. The sweets that come out of this bakery are out of this world. ... Best croissants I have ever had; the regular ones are delicious, but the glazed croissants are absolutely phenomenal (sometimesyou have to be an early bird to get them before they're gone!). Chocolate chip cookies are to die for, too. Both thecroissants & cookies have a perfect blend of crunchiness & chewiness to them to satisfy both crowds' palettes. There's neverbeen anything I've gotten from here that I haven't liked honestly. They must have some very talented bakers working downstairs. Great atmosphere as well. Keep up the great work! Been coming here for years very frequent customer, staff used to be friendly, but now when I come in they all just look at me... weird. Used to love the croissants, but now they are either out of them by 10am or they taste stale, or way to much butter.Today I went in to grab a croissant and the team members burnt it, I should have gotten a refund but instead has a cookie thatmade me throw up after eating it. Honestly, as much as I like this place, I will never give them my business again. I understandit can be difficult to get to get good staff members and I understand everyone is under a lot of pressure but don?t look downupon your customer or act nonchalant when you mess up their order I have spent thousands of dollars here I feel that I deserve agood service the product has really gone down and they just lost a good customer work on these things.
